Types of potting adhesives that we provide

Note that these adhesives release small volatile molecules of silane coupling agent after curing, making them unsuitable for high-volatile applications like cameras and precision optical instruments.

Epoxy potting adhesive:

Based on epoxy resin, these adhesives incorporate thermal conductivity fillers or other custom fillers. They are available in one-component and two-component forms.

Epoxy adhesives are suitable for applications requiring strong bonding and gel strength, with a usage temperature range of 10 to 200℃. They are not recommended for low-temperature applications.

Polyurethane potting adhesive:

Primarily available in a two-component form, polyurethane adhesives consist mainly of polyol and isocyanate. They are valued for their adhesive strength, flexibility, and non-volatile properties. These adhesives maintain good flexibility even at low temperatures but should not be used at temperatures exceeding 80℃.

UV light curing potting adhesive:

These adhesives cure quickly using ultraviolet light, achieving complete curing in just 3 to 5 minutes.

Hot melt potting adhesive:

Hot melt adhesives are solid at room temperature but can be liquefied when heated. This property allows for easy potting applications.
